Credits are used whenever you generate or edit an image. The number of credits required depends on the AI model you choose, and you’ll see the cost before starting.

Credit Packs are one-time purchases. Your remaining Credit Pack credits and Member benefits remain valid for 12 months after your latest Credit Pack purchase, and each new purchase extends their pooled expiry.

Yes. Subscription credits are used first, followed by your Credit Pack balance. Your subscription plan remains your primary membership while active, and your Credit Pack Member benefits remain available as a fallback until their expiry.

Yes. If you need more credits, you can upgrade your plan at any time to receive a higher monthly credit allowance.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your paid benefits will remain available until the end of your current billing period, and you won’t be charged for the next period.

Yes. Images created with a paid plan can be used for commercial purposes, subject to our Terms of Use and applicable laws.

If you haven’t used any of the credits included in your purchase, please contact us to request a refund. Refund eligibility may depend on the circumstances of the purchase.

Yes. Your uploaded content is private and isn’t made publicly accessible or shared with other users. It is processed only to provide the features you request.

No. The prices shown don’t include applicable taxes. Any taxes will be calculated based on your location and displayed at checkout before you complete your payment.

Payments are securely processed by our payment provider. Photuneer never stores your full card details.
